For example, **io.Manager** Admin UI `4.0.x` is compatible with **io.Manager** Server `4.0.x` (any patch), but **io.Manager** Admin UI `4.0.0` isn't compatible with **io.Manager** Server `4.1.0`. Make sure to upgrade both packages together so that their major and minor versions stay aligned. Compatibility with [`@interopio/manager-api`](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@interopio/manager-api), **io.Connect Desktop**, and **io.Connect Browser** is unchanged.
> - The `onUnauthorizedResponse()` callback on the `AuthProvider` interface is now also invoked on `403 Forbidden` responses, in addition to the existing `401 Unauthorized` trigger. Consumers implementing a custom `AuthProvider` should review the callback's behavior for the new case.

> - Reworked the "Groups" page. It now lists groups from every source with their name, description, and the granular permission groups and nested groups they resolve to. You can create, edit, and delete `stored` groups, which are managed in the Admin UI, while `config` groups (defined through the `auth_extra_groups` configuration) and built-in `default` groups are read-only and can only be viewed. A "Group source" filter narrows the list by source.
> - The "User" page now shows the groups a user "Resolves to" - the full set of granular permission groups and nested groups the user effectively belongs to once their assigned groups are expanded, alongside the groups assigned to them directly.

> - Fixed a bug where the Session details card displayed the literal text `${session.id}` instead of the session ID, and where the end time would render as `"undefined"` when the session was still active.
> - Fixed a bug where the "Add User" form would show validation errors one at a time and flip into a loading state before validation had finished. Required-field errors are now collected and shown together, and the loading indicator only appears once validation passes.
> - Fixed a bug where the "Preferences" and "Machines" grids clobbered each other's saved column state.
> - Fixed a bug where adding a new version on the "Platform Configs" page cleared the selected platform version and config file while leaving the previous version's files listed in "Config File", so selecting one of those files opened nothing. The current selection is now kept when a version is added.
> - Fixed a bug where the "Create a new app preference" dialog showed an empty editor after a user and an app that already had preferences were selected, and saving without editing it kept those preferences instead of the empty object shown. The editor now shows the preferences stored for the selected user and app.
